Yes. Amira can hold most Economy and Business fares for 24 hours free of charge. You receive a payment link; the seats are released if it is not paid in time.

Up to nine passengers per booking. Children are 2–11 years (75% of the adult fare), infants under 2 travel on a lap (10% of the adult fare plus taxes).

Flex: refund minus 300 dirhams (Business Flex 500). Flex Plus: full refund. Saver: the fare is not refundable, unused taxes are refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment within 7 working days.

Online check-in opens 48 hours and closes 90 minutes before departure. At Dubai Terminal 1 the counters close 60 minutes before departure.

Report it at the baggage service desk or to Amira within 24 hours with your bag tag number. You get a claim reference (e.g. DXBAM12345); we deliver the bag to your address free of charge once it is found.

Free rebooking on the next available Amira Airline flight, a different date within 30 days, or a full refund. Hotel and meal vouchers are provided for overnight delays caused by us.

Upgrades from Economy (Flex or Flex Plus) to Business are possible with miles when seats are available, per direction: short flights from 22,000, medium from 38,000, long-haul from 58,000 miles.

Missing miles can be claimed up to six months after the flight with the booking reference and ticket; Amira can do it for you in the conversation.

Unaccompanied minors aged 5–11 travel with our escort service (350 dirhams per direction); 12–15-year-olds may use it optionally.
